Our Story
Comliant was established in 2001 and is based in lively Zhejiang. The factory spans over 67,000 square meters, with 10 workshops and 23 production lines. It has an annual production capacity exceeding 7 million pieces.
Currently, the factory employs over 400 people, including 50 engineers and technicians. Since 2013, we implemented an ERP management system, achieving automation in enterprise management.

Inspection & Testing Protocols
· Pre-Production Checks: Verify raw materials against BOM and customer specifications, Confirm work instructions (WI) align with order requirements, Calibrate and record tool settings (e.g., solder-iron temperature, torque for pneumatic drivers).
· First-Article Approval (FAA)：QC inspects and validates the first finished or semi-finished unit, FAA report submitted for management sign-off
· In-Process Sampling: QC inspects five units per production hour for defects, Immediate line-stop and management notification if abnormalities are found.
· Final QA Testing: Appearance, functionality, and performance checks on finished units, Detailed QA test reports maintained for traceability.
